With 23 years of military experience and nearly a decade in the construction industry, Todds’ expertise lives in property assessments and safety. He transforms the often intimidating real estate process into an enjoyable journey. Armed with a keen eye for detail in the inspection process as a past Inspector General in the Air Force and a Tactical Evaluator for NATO Operations, he brought the skills to the construction world and now ensures you are cautiously educated along your journey as you list your home or are about to the make the biggest purchase of your life! He wants your home to not only be beautiful but that you are also prepared for any issues that might possibly arise. Todd specializes in dissecting home inspection reports, so you can clearly understand what’s critical and what’s manageable.

Todd’s venture into real estate is fueled by passion. He knows the ins and outs of the market, having bought, sold, and renovated nearly ten homes (including two right here in The Woodlands).
